(Almost) Instant Iced Coffee

This recipe came about because I wanted to enjoy iced coffee anytime and not have to go through a long process to make it.  The Starbucks instant coffee works great and it has a nice strong flavor, especially the French Roast.

Beautiful pictures. You are such a professional blogger labeling even.
So here’s my take on why this iced coffee is so appealing that we go through a 2 gallon batch a week (and I don’t know how many cans of sweetened condensed milk) is that it’s so similar to Thai iced coffee, but simpler. It’s so you!

You’re right Sherry, it is like Thai/Vietnamese iced coffee without a few other steps. This must be one of your favorite go to drinks.
