These gift bags can’t get any easier than this.  Use a pair of decorative scissors, trim the top edges of the paper bag.  Then fill it with treats,  fold the top down and attach a ribbon (4 to 6 inches long) with a colorful paper clip.

Paper Bags (part 5 of 6) ~ Wrapping Flowers

wrapping flowers, paper bags

.

This is a quick and easy way to wrap flowers using basic brown paper bags.  Cut off the bottom of the bag with scissors, slip a bouquet of flowers through and tie it with twine.

Paper Bags (part 3 of 6) ~ Containers/Dividers

paper bag containers/dividers

Moving things from one place to another or keeping things contained in an area was what I did just about everyday when the kids were younger.  The idea of taking basic lunch bags, fold down the sides and used them as containers for craft supplies, snacks, toys, activities, etc…would have been very helpful.

paper bag as containers/dividers

Here I’ve placed the paper bags in a wire basket with all the craft supplies (and snacks not shown).  The kids could take the whole basket outside with everything in it all organized.

I hope this simple idea will help you too.

Paper Bags (part 2 of 6) ~ Paper Broomstick Bags

paper broomstick bags

Paper broomstick bag / Witch’s Broom is a clever idea.  I first came upon it in one of Martha Stewart’s magazines years ago (and now at marthastewart.com click here).
